The husband of Morgan Rae Mills, Actor Judson Mills, was born in the United States on May 10, 1969. Judson Mills was raised in Northern Virginia after being born in Washington, D.C. Even though Mills had no intention of becoming an actor, he eventually began participating in theatre. He studied high school at the private, autonomous High Mowing School in New Hampshire.
