According to Mirror Uk, the Court ordered Phil to pay $180 000 monthly to his former wife, Luciaetta. This amount is part of Phil M’s money from his company, Tiltware LLC, and he will stop paying as soon as he stops earning money from the company. Aside from the monthly money Phil was ordered to pay, he was also asked to make a 50% down payment for a new home for Luciaetta and provide her with a life insurance policy.

A few weeks after the divorce settlement case was closed, Luciaetta Phil went to open the case again. Her case is that her ex-husband had donated some money to the judge who presided over their case, which might have influenced his judgment of the case.

Her case was thrown out of Court because Phil’s donation to Judge Gonzalez was not a violation of Luciaetta’s rights or the laws of Nevada.

The Court said: ‘Judge Gonzalez was not disqualified for presiding over Luciaetta Ivey’s motion based on the contributions made to his campaign, because doing so violated neither Luciaetta’s due rights nor Nevada law. Accordingly, we deny Luciaetta Ivey’s writ petition.’

Many did not know how much money Phil Ivey made from his poker career until the divorce settlement. It exposed the poker champion’s financial background to the world. It was revealed that Phil made over $950,000 monthly from his company.

Both Luciaetta and her ex-husband have remained single after their divorce.
